1. Stay Hydrated:

3. Exercise Regularly:
– Engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise per week. Incorporate a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises.
4. Get Enough Sleep:
– Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night. Establish a regular sleep schedule and create a relaxing bedtime routine to improve sleep quality.
5. Manage Stress:
– Practice stress-relief techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, yoga, or hobbies that you enjoy. Prioritize self-care and take breaks when needed.
6. Maintain a Healthy Weight:

7. Avoid Smoking and Limit Alcohol:
