CHEK digestion points

1. Avoid excitement whilst eating (tv, news, sport etc)

2. Don’t read while you eat

3. Play relaxing music

4. Drink 2 glasses of water before each meal – avoid alcahol without proteins and fats first being eaten

5. Avoid dehydrated foods

6. Avoid foods you are intolerant or allergic to

7. Chew your food until liquified

8. Eat smaller meals more often

9. Never supress the urge to poop

10. Whenever possible start your meal with raw (live) foods (salads pineapple papaya aid digestion)
