<p>benefits of your efforts is very motivating! The exact results you are looking to achieve are entirely up to you and are not limited to physical changes. Don’t wait for motivation to come – sometimes you have to force yourself to get
<p>started first and then motivation will come. Better health and well-being is a great goal and benefit of exercise. Results are not just limited to physical change so appreciate and praise your progress in all areas of your health and fitness. But make sure you are progressing! Just turning up doesn’t do it for me and probably doesn’t for you either.
Imagine how good you will feel about yourself when you have achieved those goals. It will improve all areas of your life! You are not the only one who will benefit from your better health and fitness. It is bound to have a positive effect
on your relationships at work, home and socially. Have you ever heard of a book called “The Tipping Point”? One of the concepts in this book is that there is a certain point where things can change from average to unbelievable. For you this point is somewhere near training consistently and progressively, eating to support your goals and consciously
motivating yourself to maintain your commitment. When you can “just do it” the results will flow.
We often see people in spirals. Those that are doing the right things do more of the rights things and get the right results – this is a positive spiral. Others do some wrong things and that leads to more bad habits, and bad lifestyles and
bad attitudes and a bad spiral. Motivation can come from employing force of habit and jumping onto a positive spiral.
The next health review is just a few weeks away. See if you can get it all together and surpass your personal tipping point to produce outstanding results!
